Developer Submissions

Written by Maiyannah Bishop and published on Aug 28, 2014.

If you're here, chances are, you're a developer, someone at a publisher, or a PR agent, that has a game that you want to share with Highland Arrow.

First of all - thanks!  We are a smaller, independent publication so we don't get the kind of attention that the larger outlets do, and we appreciate you taking your time to consider us, and reach out to us with your game.

Secondly, this form is here to make things a little easier when it comes to information gathering, but you can always contact us at pr@highlandarrow.com

Advertising Policy

Written by Maiyannah Bishop and published on Feb 16, 2014.

At Highland Arrow we realise advertising on a gaming publication website is something that should be carefully managed to ensure that the relationships between publisher/developer/advertiser on the website and that with Highland Arrow is clearly defined and everything is done above the table.  As such, this policy outlines the regulations we have about advertising on the website.  If you are interested in advertising on Highland Arrow, please contact our PR department at pr@highlandarrow.com

Review Policy

Written by Maiyannah Bishop and published on Feb 15, 2014.

It is an increasing problem in the gaming industry both on the case of publishers and reviewers to sully the waters when it comes to reviews, and as such, Highland Arrow holds itself to this Review Policy as our ethical standard for reporting in the games industry.  It is important and moreover simply in our best interests to hold ourselves to a journalistic standard, as there is enough skepticism of many game reviewers and journalists being on the take without adding to that unfortunate sentiment.

We have content such as our discussion forums and the like where the community can freely comment and discuss games and our articles.  While we respect this dialogue and want to have it as unmoderated as we can, we do ask certain ground rules be respected.  Our moderators will remove posts that do not adhere to them, and may ban repeat offenders.

These are just guidelines, and Highland Arrow reserves the right to delete posts or ban disruptive members for whatever reason they see fit.
